The Arbitration Team of the Firm have wide experience in advising and representing clients in domestic and international arbitrations including those under the aegis of institutions of international repute like International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Court of Arbitration (ICA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), American Arbitration Association (AAA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Zurich Chamber of Commerce (ZCC) and various Domestic Institutions also.

The Lawyer(s) of the Firm have considerable experience in handling arbitrations involving wide range of complex commercial disputes including drafting of the arbitration notices, statement of claims and defence, counter claims, witness statements, conducting discovery and examination of witnesses including expert witnesses. The Firm also advise on enforcement of the Foreign Awards in India in respect of both reciprocating as well as non-reciprocating territories.

The Firm supports and actively works towards expeditious settlement of disputes, which facilitates and promotes business development. The Firm supports and advises clients on resolution of commercial disputes through Mediation and Conciliation.

Company Law, Debt & Insolvency

Keeping in view the entirely new company law regime and recently enacted Insolvency Code, the Firm has set up a team of lawyers having considerable experience in handling Company Law and Insolvency disputes/issues to cater the needs of its clients. We have a dedicated research team to keep abreast with the development of Insolvency law. We represent our clients on various issues arising under the Companies Act including on shareholders dispute, oppression and mismanagement, SFIO investigations etc. We also represent our clients on wide range of Insolvency proceedings including statutory notices under IBC, initiating and defending proceedings for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by Operational and Financial Creditors, voluntary winding up and CIRP etc. We regularly advise and represent our clients before various benches of National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal as well as before the Supreme Court.
